Registration

Registration is compulsory for all authors who plan to present their work at ICONS in any format, i.e., full papers, short papers, extended abstracts, posters, or special sessions. Furthermore, all attendees (in-person or virtual) must register for ICONS. Please register for ICONS 2023 using the Cvent registration link. The registration deadline is Thursday, July 20, 2023.

Registration options for ICONS 2023 are:

ACM Member Registration
- General: $600 (in-person), $250 (virtual)
- Student: $300 (in-person), $250 (virtual)
- Retiree: $600 (in-person), $250 (virtual)
ACM Non-Member Registration
- General: $750 (in-person), $250 (virtual)
- Student: $400 (in-person), $250 (virtual)
- Retiree: $600 (in-person), $250 (virtual)

ICONS 2023 will be held at the Hilton Santa Fe Historic Plaza, located at 100 Sandoval St, Santa Fe, NM 87501. Book your room under the ICONS room block at the Hilton here https://group.hilton.com/jxt683 or by calling 1-800-445-8667 and providing the group code: ICONS. The deadline to reserve a hotel room within the ICONS block is Thursday, July 20, 2023.
